Tanggung Jawab
- Source and engage passive tech candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and specialized platforms
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche technical roles (software engineering, data science, DevOps)
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across Singapore's tech sector
- Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate requirements and optimize search methodologies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions
- Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments to evaluate technical competencies
- Analyze market trends to inform sourcing strategies and compensation benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tech talent sourcing or recruitment
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's tech talent landscape and emerging skill sets
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Familiarity with technical role requirements and interview processes
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM
