Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in identifying and vetting new suppliers and product sources to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier data.
- Support the merchandising team in planogram execution and visual merchandising displays.
- Conduct market research to identify trending products and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to track sourcing performance and sales metrics.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate product requirements and timeline updates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or retail operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market trends within the Singapore retail industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (commonly required for this role).
