Tanggung Jawab
- Lead sourcing strategy and supplier development for Toys and Sporting Goods categories across Asia
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sourcing opportunities
- Collaborate with product development teams to source materials and components that meet design specifications
- Manage supplier performance through KPI tracking and regular audits
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proven experience in the Toys and Sporting Goods industry
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly suppliers in China and Southeast Asia
- Familiarity with ethical sourcing standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-cultural teams
