- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for EMEA region roles across diverse business units
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Analyze talent market trends and competitor landscapes to inform recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate requirements and success criteria
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels including LinkedIn, ATS databases, and industry-specific platforms
- Generate regular pipeline reports and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regional recruitment regulations and diversity initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment coordination, preferably in EMEA markets
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and major sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and candidate metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English and additional EMEA languages preferred
- Experience working in financial services or multinational corporations advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates across cultures
