Are you passionate about the fashion industry and skilled in supply chain management? PT BONJOUR BALI STORE is seeking a dedicated Sourcing & Purchasing Staff to join our growing team in Denpasar, Bali. As a key player in our fast-paced fashion brand environment, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of materials needed for our garment production.
In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end sourcing process, from identifying high-quality fabrics to negotiating favorable terms with suppliers. Your expertise will directly contribute to our ability to deliver stylish, high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and possesses a strong eye for detail regarding textile quality and cost efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new fabric suppliers and emerging textile trends relevant to the fashion industry.
- Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Review and select raw materials, including textiles, trims, and accessories, based on quality, durability, and price.
- Coordinate closely with the production and design teams to ensure material availability aligns perfectly with production timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of essential fabrics and garment supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both local and international suppliers.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely arrival of goods at the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in garment sourcing or purchasing within the fashion or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of textile types, fabric quality, and standard garment manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
