Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure raw materials/components from qualified suppliers at optimal costs
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and monitor supplier performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize value
- Manage procurement documentation and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/sourcing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
