As a Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage advanced search techniques, social media platforms, and industry networks to build robust pipelines of candidates. You will act as a brand ambassador, crafting compelling outreach messages that resonate with high-performing professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative search techniques (Boolean, X-ray) to build quality talent pools.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest and alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to understand hiring needs and calibrate candidate personas.
- Maintain a clean and organized database within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular reporting on sourcing metrics, such as conversion rates and time-to-fill for active pipelines.
- Promote Outchain Solutions' employer brand through proactive networking and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook Groups).
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, personalized outreach messages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Resident of or willing to work in Makati City, Metro Manila.
