- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers in the Toys or Sporting Goods categories
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and product trends
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure optimal value for our clients
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies aligned with market demands and client requirements
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and launch initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience in the Toys or Sporting Goods industry is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
