About the Role
Seafood Inspection Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sourcing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Denpasar Selatan, Bali. This is a pivotal role within our supply chain operations, where you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of high-quality raw materials and equipment essential to our laboratory and inspection services. The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on negotiation to ensure our operations are cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant with international standards.
As a Sourcing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to identify reliable suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and streamline our procurement lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the sourcing team in day-to-day procurement activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers and vendors that align with company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
- Conduct regular supplier performance audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Prepare comprehensive sourcing reports, budget forecasts, and procurement analytics for senior management.
- Implement and refine procurement policies to enhance transparency and ethical sourcing practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the seafood, food manufacturing, or laboratory services industry is highly preferred.
