Tanggung Jawab
- Direct all daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and guest flow.
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing performance mentorship for therapists and hair stylists.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols throughout the spa premises.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and oversee procurement of professional products.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and loyalty programs to increase guest retention.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by proactively addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
- Oversee daily financial reporting, sales tracking, and the achievement of monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance the spa’s visibility across social media and local tourism channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Spa Management, Lead Therapy, or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hair spa treatments, therapeutic massage techniques, and current beauty trends.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian to cater to our international and local guests.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail regarding both aesthetics and administration.
- Proficiency in spa management software (POS systems) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- A degree or professional certification in Hospitality Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required in the hospitality and wellness sector.
