As the primary point of contact for our spa guests, you will be responsible for managing the flow of our operations, providing professional guidance on our service menu, and maintaining the tranquil atmosphere that our brand is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival, providing a personalized and professional check-in experience.
- Manage the spa reservation system, efficiently scheduling appointments and optimizing therapist time slots.
- Provide comprehensive information to guests regarding our spa menu, wellness packages, and current promotions.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to provide accurate details on services and pricing.
- Coordinate with the spa housekeeping and therapy staff to ensure treatment rooms are prepared to the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring all administrative records and guest files are kept current.
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resolve minor guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, front office, or hospitality/spa operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with booking/management software is a significant advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry trends.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality management is a plus.
