Are you passionate about wellness and hospitality? Chi Day Spas is looking for a vibrant, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to join our premium team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their relaxation journey. You will manage daily operations, facilitate seamless booking experiences, and ensure that our spa environment remains a tranquil sanctuary for all who enter.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all spa guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival.
- Manage the front-of-house operations, including handling telephone, email, and walk-in appointment bookings with high precision.
- Process guest payments accurately and manage daily cash reconciliation using our POS system.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure efficient scheduling and room preparation.
- Maintain the aesthetic and cleanliness of the reception and lounge area to reflect our brand’s premium standards.
- Provide detailed information to guests regarding our treatment menus, spa packages, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professional poise to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or vocational degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa reception role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A well-groomed appearance and a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using scheduling and billing software.
