Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and maintain accurate appointment schedules
- Handle cash transactions and manage payment processing systems
- Coordinate with therapists and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- Answer inquiries about treatments, packages, and spa facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Process client feedback and escalate concerns to management
- Assist with inventory management for spa retail products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in spa/hospitality reception or customer service
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency in booking software and POS systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and calm demeanor under pressure
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices
