Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of professional spa treatments including full-body massages, facials, scrubs, and body wraps according to hotel protocols.
- Provide personalized consultations to guests to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain the spa treatment rooms, ensuring they are impeccably clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality products.
- Upsell spa services and retail wellness products to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as required by the hotel and local regulations.
- Greet guests warmly and facilitate a relaxing environment from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Keep accurate records of guest treatments, preferences, and progress for future visits.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with the latest wellness techniques and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa.
- Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related wellness discipline from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, aromatherapy, and skin care therapies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse fluently in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by hotel operations.
- Well-groomed appearance and a polite, calming demeanor.
- Experience in managing inventory and maintaining professional equipment.
