Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality massage and body treatments in accordance with resort standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa facility to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Provide expert advice to guests regarding appropriate treatments and spa products.
- Manage booking schedules and assist with front-of-house guest reception when required.
- Uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, including oils, linens, and consumable supplies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the spa menu and guest service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end resort setting.
- Strong technical skills in various massage techniques (e.g., Balinese, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy).
- Certification from an accredited spa or beauty therapy institution.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
- High level of physical stamina and ability to perform multiple treatments daily.
- Professional grooming standards and a commitment to personal hygiene.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
