Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of professional spa treatments, including Balinese massage, facials, reflexology, and body scrubs.
- Consult with guests to determine their wellness needs and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Maintain the spa treatment rooms, ensuring they are impeccably clean, sanitized, and organized according to resort standards.
- Uphold professional standards regarding guest privacy, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, including towels, oils, lotions, and other treatment consumables.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and creating a calming, therapeutic atmosphere.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and luxury service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury boutique resort setting.
- Strong technical skills in various massage modalities, specifically Balinese Massage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Professional certification in Spa Therapy or a related field.
- A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
