Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including traditional massages, body scrubs, facials, and aromatherapy.
- Conduct professional client consultations to identify specific needs, preferences, or contraindications.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and of spa equipment.
- Promote and upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional wellness therapies to guests.
- Ensure all spa amenities and products are well-stocked and neatly organized.
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive customer service throughout the guest's visit.
- Collaborate closely with reception and hospitality staff to manage booking schedules efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse, preferably in a hotel, villa, or luxury spa environment.
- Professional certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, and holistic wellness practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic conversational English skills to interact effectively with international guests in Bali.
- Neat personal appearance, positive attitude, and a strong sense of professional grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
