Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality spa and wellness treatments including massage, body scrubs, and facial therapies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client recovery needs.
- Provide expert advice on long-term wellness routines and health maintenance to promote physical balance.
- Maintain a pristine and tranquil treatment environment according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with wellness staff to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective recovery and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest wellness techniques, industry trends, and professional bodywork practices.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Spa Therapist or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or BNSP).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a high-end spa or wellness center.
- Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional, and empathetic personality.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) to cater to international clientele.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical therapy tasks with precision.
- Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
