We are dedicated to holistic health and wellness, providing a serene oasis for our guests seeking rejuvenation. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your expertise to deliver soothing and therapeutic treatments that rejuvenate the body and mind. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Reflexology but also possess a genuine passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Aromatherapy, as well as reflexology treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, preferences, and treatment goals.
- Ensure a pristine, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests before, during, and after services.
- Upsell retail products and spa packages to enhance the overall guest experience and meet targets.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery.
- Document client notes and feedback accurately for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Massage Therapist or Reflexologist with valid licenses and certifications.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness center environment.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and providing a high-quality client experience.
