- Develop and implement strategic store layouts and planograms to optimize product visibility and sales
- Analyze sales data, customer traffic patterns, and inventory levels to inform space allocation decisions
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to execute new product launches and promotional displays
- Conduct regular space audits and provide recommendations for layout improvements
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fixture installation
- Train store staff on planogram compliance and visual merchandising standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative space planning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in retail space planning or merchandising with supervisory experience
- Proficiency in space planning software (AutoCAD, Planogram, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of retail industry standards and consumer behavior principles
- Proven track record of improving store layouts to enhance sales performance
