Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking patients regarding medical billing, insurance claims, and account inquiries.
- Accurately document all patient interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and explain complex medical statements in clear, bilingual language.
- Collaborate with internal medical billing teams to ensure accurate claim submissions and denial management.
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies during every call.
Kualifikasi
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (must be verifiable).
- Previous experience in healthcare customer service, medical billing, or revenue cycle management is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
