Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional Spanish and English bilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process service requests
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics including quality scores, resolution times, and customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
