Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers regarding mortgage account inquiries.
  • Analyze and resolve client concerns related to loan payments, escrow accounts, and mortgage documentation.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while documenting customer interactions in our internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely solutions for complex mortgage-related issues.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and Wells Fargo quality standards during every customer touchpoint.
  • Educate customers on mortgage products, digital tools, and self-service resources to enhance their overall experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics including average handle time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or financial services environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
