Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize spare parts inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Analyze demand patterns and forecast requirements using historical data and market trends
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of critical components
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems with accuracy targets of 95%+
- Conduct regular audits and implement cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to align inventory with market demand
- Prepare performance reports on inventory turnover, carrying costs, and service levels
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and inventory rationalization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts planning or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with demand forecasting tools
