- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for mining spare parts to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining sector across East Kalimantan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and report on market sales data to inform business decisions
- Provide regular updates on spare parts sales progress to customers and management
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales or business management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the mining or heavy equipment industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of mining equipment and spare parts requirements
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management software
