Tanggung Jawab
- Procure and manage heavy machinery spare parts inventory for new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving spare parts needs
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Provide technical guidance on spare part compatibility and maintenance requirements
- Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory turnover to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex equipment issues
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to quarterly revenue targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in spare parts sales or heavy machinery industry
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and sales software
- Technical understanding of heavy machinery components and functions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
