Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales support to potential and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate Honda vehicle features and benefits to customers to drive sales conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and dealership activities to boost brand awareness.
- Process sales paperwork and ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education (SMK/SMA) or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or retail sales is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
