Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end foreclosure proceedings ensuring strict adherence to legal protocols and timelines
- Oversee REO property lifecycle including valuation, maintenance coordination, and disposition strategies
- Analyze distressed asset portfolios to identify optimization opportunities and risk mitigation approaches
- Coordinate with legal counsel and external agencies to resolve title issues and regulatory compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation systems for all asset transactions and regulatory filings
- Develop market-driven disposition plans for REO properties through auctions or direct sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align asset management strategies with financial objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in foreclosure, REO, or asset management operations
- Deep knowledge of Philippine foreclosure laws, BP 129 (Foreclosure Law), and SEC regulations
- Proficiency in asset management software and MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Certification in Real Estate Appraisal or Asset Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and property valuations
- Strong negotiation abilities with external vendors and financial institutions
- Detail-oriented with proven track record in complex documentation management
