Dreame Technology is seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Special Assistant to the COO to join our dynamic team in Western Bicutan, Metro Manila. This is a mission-critical role designed for an aspiring operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the primary right-hand to our Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as a strategic bridge across our core business units, Anymall and SHD. Your work will directly influence our organizational efficiency, streamlining communication between executive leadership and functional departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a primary liaison between the COO, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the COO's workflow, including complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and gatekeeping.
- Draft high-level communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects across Anymall and SHD, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve performance.
- Oversee special projects as directed by the COO, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Attend key meetings, document action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or project management role.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic narratives.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
