Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end general accounting activities, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for APAC entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal Bain financial policies.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports for regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely resolution of queries.
- Support regional treasury functions and tax compliance reporting as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the shared services framework.
- Collaborate with global finance teams to support intercompany reconciliations and financial system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualification like ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in general accounting, preferably within a multinational captive center or shared services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local APAC accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively across different cultures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
