Tanggung Jawab
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content
- Ensure documentation adheres to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop documentation templates and style guides for consistency across products
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation effectiveness
- Manage document version control and maintain organized documentation repositories
- Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative documentation solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation or technical writing
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Office)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry standards and terminology
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with version control systems and document management platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
