AMMAN is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Specialist External Finance Reporting to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery of financial statements and reports that satisfy both regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our corporate growth through rigorous external reporting standards. You will interface with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all financial disclosures reflect the true performance and health of the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Manage the external reporting process, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements and stock exchange listing rules.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate seamless annual audits and reviews.
- Monitor and analyze changes in accounting regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate financial data and disclosures for consolidated reporting.
- Support the preparation of annual reports and sustainability reports, ensuring data accuracy and narrative alignment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of financial reporting cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in external reporting, audit, or financial accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, capable of presenting data to stakeholders.
- CPA, CA, or relevant professional accounting certification is highly preferred.
