Skechers is seeking a highly analytical Specialist, Finance & Accounting (Inventory) to join our Kuala Lumpur team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our inventory financial integrity, ensuring that our stock records align perfectly with our global retail operations.
As our Inventory Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end inventory reconciliation, lead SKU maintenance, and provide critical support to our regional finance operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end inventory reconciliation to ensure financial records match physical stock levels.
- Monitor stock movements across various channels and identify discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Manage SKU maintenance in the ERP system, ensuring all product data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) efficiently within company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports related to inventory valuation and stock aging for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline inventory documentation processes.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit preparations relating to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory accounting or retail finance operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying process inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
