Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of project documentation including creation, version control, storage, and disposition
- Implement and maintain document management systems ensuring compliance with BHP's information governance policies
- Coordinate distribution of project documentation to stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and access controls
- Conduct regular audits of documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Develop standardized procedures for document handling, retention, and disposal based on organizational requirements
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on information management best practices
- Generate reports on documentation metrics and implement process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in document management or records administration
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of information governance principles and regulatory compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to train diverse stakeholders
