Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end group consolidation processes across regional entities
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures
- Assist in external audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Proficiency in IFRS and local accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
