Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Manage payment cycles, including check processing and electronic fund transfers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Maintain organized vendor master files and payment documentation
- Support month-end/year-end closing activities with accurate accruals and reconciliations
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounts payable efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced knowledge of VAT regulations and Philippine accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
