Tanggung Jawab
- Execute internal audit procedures for assigned low-risk business areas and operational processes.
- Identify and document process gaps or control weaknesses to provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive audit working papers and reports for management review.
- Assist in the monitoring and verification of the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and site inspections as part of the audit scope.
- Collaborate with department heads to facilitate efficient information gathering and communication.
- Participate in risk assessment exercises to ensure adequate audit coverage.
- Maintain compliance with internal audit standards and professional ethics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related Finance field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or general accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team relationships.
- High integrity and professional skepticism.
