- Implement and manage advanced security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and encryption protocols
- Lead security initiatives including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response planning
- Monitor security infrastructure 24/7 using SIEM tools and analyze threat intelligence for proactive defense
- Develop and maintain security documentation including policies, procedures, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into network architecture and cloud environments
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies through continuous research and professional development
- Manage security budgets and vendor relationships for security solutions and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT security infrastructure management and security operations
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and security automation tools
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Proven experience with security incident handling and forensic investigation
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
