Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing on multiple platforms
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and enhance company reputation
- Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill
- Partner with department heads to define recruitment needs and develop targeted hiring strategies
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local employment regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience with full-cycle responsibility
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Strong interview assessment skills with ability to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with experience meeting recruitment KPIs
