SMRT Corporation is looking for a Specialist, Recruitment Shared Services to join our team in Paya Lebar. In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in our HR ecosystem by managing end-to-end onboarding processes and ensuring seamless work pass administration. We pride ourselves on providing efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations. As part of our shared services team, you will act as the first point of contact for various HR functions, ensuring that our recruitment and administrative workflows are flawless. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and execute the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, from offer letter generation to document submission and system activation.
  • Manage and process Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass applications, ensuring strict adherence to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR data by updating employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and managing personnel files.
  • Handle high-volume inquiries regarding HR policies, work pass status, and administrative requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate visa renewals and employment contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws through regular audits of recruitment and onboarding documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Recruitment Administration, or a related HR function.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Work Pass regulations, employment acts, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
