As part of our administration and office support team, you will act as the bridge between our sales and fulfillment departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage sales orders efficiently through ERP systems to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Review and verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to company compliance standards and data protection regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, modifications, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvements and streamline workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales order processing, administrative support, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
