Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and participate in finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Analyze and redesign financial processes, workflows, and internal controls to align with best practices.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to integrate new processes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of transformation projects.
- Provide training and support to finance teams on new systems, tools, and procedures.
- Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout transformation activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting financial system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls.
