Join Sea's dynamic HQ Finance department as a Specialist/Senior Specialist in Finance Transformation. This pivotal role drives strategic financial initiatives across our three core businesses – Shopee, Garena, and SeaMoney. You'll spearhead process optimization, implement cutting-edge financial technologies, and ensure compliance with international standards while supporting our rapid global expansion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead finance transformation projects including process re-engineering and system implementations
- Analyze financial workflows to identify optimization opportunities and develop improvement roadmaps
- Collaborate with IT teams on ERP system implementations and integrations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls across all operations
- Develop and maintain financial documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Present transformation outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years in transformation/system implementation
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills
- Experience in multinational e-commerce or tech industry
