Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement organizational standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations (ISO, ITIL, etc.) and internal standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to established protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align standards across departments
- Research and integrate emerging best practices in data center operations
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and documentation
- Train staff on new standards and procedural updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in standards management or compliance
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process documentation and improvement methodologies
