Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive learning and development programs, including leadership workshops, technical training, and soft skills sessions.
- Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with department heads to create tailored development plans that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives, from curriculum design and vendor coordination to program delivery and evaluation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and optimizing learning materials.
- Organize and manage talent development events, e-learning platforms, and employee engagement activities to support knowledge sharing.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training progress and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on workforce capabilities and recommending solutions to bridge skill gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Talent Development, Learning and Development (L&D), or HR training roles.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability.
