Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapeutic strategies in classrooms
- Train parents and staff on communication support techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech pathology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Malaysian Board of Allied Health Professionals (BAHP) registration
- Minimum 2 years' pediatric clinical experience
- Certification in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience developing IEPs and treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in digital assessment tools and software
