Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients
- Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Stay current with AHPC regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council) registration
- Valid Singapore practicing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills across diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English with local language skills a plus
