Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of pediatric or adult populations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing techniques.
- Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives within the clinical setting.
- Utilize advanced screening and diagnostic tools to evaluate patient development and recovery.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Full or Conditional Registration with the AHPC.
- Prior clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or special education settings is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient demographics.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
