We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mobile Sales Promoter (SPG) to join our team at CV M21 Ar Sejahtera. This full-time position involves representing our brand across four retail stores in the vibrant Yogyakarta area. As a Mobile Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales. Your role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for providing product information, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the brand. This position requires you to be mobile and willing to travel between the four assigned stores in Yogyakarta.

Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell products across four retail stores in Yogyakarta
- Engage with customers, provide product information, and assist in purchasing decisions
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized product display area
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the store manager
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to be mobile and travel between stores
