- Operate spider cranes safely and efficiently to lift and position materials at construction sites
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Coordinate with ground crew and project managers for seamless material handling
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Maintain accurate operational logs and equipment documentation
- Respond proactively to on-site challenges and adjust operations as needed
Kualifikasi
- Valid crane operator certification (C6 or equivalent for spider cranes)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating spider cranes or similar compact cranes
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity for precise equipment control
- Effective communication skills for team coordination
